Terms of Use - RetailSMS

Welcome to RetailSMS. By downloading, installing, or using the app you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Service Description

RetailSMS provides access to temporary phone numbers for the purpose of receiving SMS messages (including one-time verification codes). Numbers are provisioned via third-party providers and are available for a limited time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use this service. By using the app you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Account

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Payments and Refunds

• Top-ups purchased via Google Play are final. Refund requests are handled per Google Play policy.
• Balance credits are non-transferable and have no cash value outside the service.
• A number that does not deliver the expected SMS may be eligible for a refund to your in-app balance subject to our provider's verification.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use RetailSMS to:

• Violate any law, regulation, or third-party terms of service.
• Commit fraud, including bypassing identity verification for illicit purposes.
• Harass, harm, or impersonate another person.
• Spam, scrape, or interfere with the service's operation.
• Reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute the app except as permitted by law.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

6. Third-Party Services and SMS Content

SMS messages received through temporary numbers are generated by third parties outside our control. We do not guarantee the delivery, content, or accuracy of any SMS. We are not responsible for the consequences of using a temporary number on any third-party service.

7. Intellectual Property

The app, its branding, and its content are the property of their respective owners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, lawful purposes.

8. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RetailSMS and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last three months.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these terms or for any reason at our discretion.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Tashkent.
